These specific terms of use are included in the contract and set out the terms and conditions for all Cisco Cloud Services for Collaboration Technology offerings, as stated in the corresponding service order form («SOF»). Cisco Cloud Services for Collaboration technology includes unrestricted collaboration services such as Cisco Webex with Cisco Cloud Connected Audio Services («CCA») provided by voice providers and/or services such as Webex Calling Services with, if applicable, Cloud Voice Services (called «services»). 2.4. Additional software upgrades or copies. You can only use additional updates or copies of the software beyond your license if you (a) have acquired these rights under a support contract covering the corresponding software; or (b) You have acquired the right to use additional updates or copies separately. 12.14. Full agreement. This ECJ is the comprehensive agreement between the parties regarding the purpose of this EEA and replaces any prior or concurrent communications, agreements or agreements (written or oral). «Webex Calling Services» refers to Cisco`s cloud-based unified communication service, which (a) consists of an essential set of voice communication functions, as stated in the service description, associated with Cloud Voice Services. «Third Authorized» refers to your users, related companies, third parties and each of their respective users who, as part of your authorization, are allowed to access and use Cisco technology on your behalf.

2.1.1. Description of service and preconditions. The description of the offer for webex Calling Services is listed in the service description and is available under www.cisco.com/c/dam/en_us/about/doing_business/legal/OfferDescri…` The network infrastructure, including THE NETWORK and the WAN, must meet the requirements set out in the service description (minimum customer network requirement manual). 2.1.3. Legal conditions. The customer`s use of Webex call services is subject to the provisions of the end user agreement (if any) and compliance by the customer with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the Authorized Use Directive. Each additional software may be subject to additional end-user licensing conditions (this can be done via «Click through» when downloading) and as stated in the service description. Each user accepts Cisco`s privacy policy as described in the service description. 1.1.2. Terms of law. Cisco Cloud Services for Collaboration technology contains conditions that apply to the customer`s use of Cisco Webex service, and the customer must agree to the following terms for the use of Cisco`s Webex service: (i) the Cisco Universal Cloud agreement, which is available at: www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/legal/cloud-and-software/universal-cloud-agreement.html; (ii) the terms and conditions applicable to enterprise agreements («final terms of use»).
